Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
This policy protects DomainBean, Mexrix Technologies LLC, users, sellers, buyers and third parties from misuse of the platform.
Prohibited activity
You may not use DomainBean to commit fraud; impersonate others; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; submit domains you do not control; provide deceptive transaction information; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; bypass access controls or rate limits; probe private systems without authorization; or interfere with platform availability.
Automation and data use
Automated access, scraping, extraction or bulk submission must not create unreasonable load, evade technical controls or collect personal information unlawfully. Access to buyer intelligence or contact information does not authorize spam, harassment or unlawful marketing.
Outreach
Users remain responsible for complying with applicable marketing, privacy and communications laws when using contact or outreach features. Suppression and opt-out requests must be respected.
Enforcement
We may restrict, suspend, investigate or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, transactions or third-party rights, or to comply with law.
