1. Operator and acceptance
DomainBean is a product of Mexrix Technologies LLC (“Mexrix”, “DomainBean”, “we”, “us” or “our” as the context requires). By accessing or using DomainBean, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Services
DomainBean provides domain discovery, comparison, valuation, portfolio analysis, buyer intelligence, enquiry and acquisition-related tools. Features may change, be added, limited or discontinued as the product evolves.
3. Listings, pricing and availability
Domain listings may be owned or controlled by Mexrix or made available through third parties. Prices, availability, valuation ranges, fit scores and related information can change without notice. A displayed price, enquiry response or automated output does not itself create a binding sale unless the applicable transaction process expressly confirms one.
4. Offers, purchases, escrow and transfers
Submitting an offer or purchase enquiry is not a completed purchase. A transaction may be completed through an independent escrow provider, registrar, marketplace, payment provider or another approved process. Provider terms, fees, identity or compliance checks, payment clearance, transfer locks and registrar procedures may apply. DomainBean does not hold itself out as an escrow provider unless expressly stated otherwise for a future regulated service.
5. Valuation and AI-assisted tools
Valuations, Buyer Fit scores, recommendations, comparable-sale analysis, generated explanations and other automated outputs are estimates or decision-support information. They are not guarantees of market value, sale price, buyer interest, trademark clearance, investment return or business success. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be independently reviewed.
6. User submissions
You are responsible for information you submit and must have the right to provide it. You must not submit unlawful, deceptive, malicious, confidential or third-party personal information unnecessarily. You grant us the limited rights reasonably necessary to process submitted information to provide, secure and improve the requested service.
7. Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorized access; bypass security or rate limits; interfere with the service; introduce malicious code; scrape or automate access at abusive scale; impersonate others; submit fraudulent offers; probe non-public systems without authorization; or use DomainBean to violate law or third-party rights.
8. Intellectual property and trademarks
DomainBean branding, software, interfaces and original content are owned by or licensed to Mexrix Technologies LLC and protected by applicable law. A domain listing does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by any similarly named third party. Buyers remain responsible for trademark, company-name, regulatory and other clearance before acquisition or use.
9. Third-party services
DomainBean may integrate with or link to independent providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability and security practices. We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
10. No professional or investment advice
DomainBean does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment or trademark advice. Obtain appropriate professional advice for decisions that require it.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DomainBean and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, a particular valuation, buyer response or successful transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mexrix Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data or opportunities arising from use of DomainBean. Any limitation is subject to rights and liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
13. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, transactions, third-party rights or legal compliance, including in response to suspected fraud, abuse or security threats.
14. Changes
We may update these terms as DomainBean develops. The current version and update date will be published here. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
